Terms & Conditions

• Quota Allocation: These positions are strictly open on a local quota basis.

• Age Limit: The general age limit for all applicants is 18 to 25 years.

  • A general age relaxation of 5 years is applicable as per rules.

  • For retired army personnel, the maximum age limit is 40 years (with an additional 5-year age relaxation also applicable).

• Government/Semi-Government Employees: Candidates currently working in government or semi-government autonomous bodies must route their applications through their respective departments. Advance copies of applications will not be considered.

• Incomplete Applications: Applications that are incomplete, incorrect, or received after the official deadline will be automatically rejected.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via their mobile numbers for a test or interview following the initial scrutiny of applications.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.

• Original Documents: Candidates must bring their original educational documents and certificates at the time of the interview.

• Medical Fitness: Candidates must undergo a medical examination, the expenses of which will be borne by the applicants themselves.

How to Apply

Interested and eligible candidates should submit their applications directly to the hospital management by following these instructions:

1. Write a complete application addressed to the Commandant, CMH Sialkot Cantt.

2. Attach attested copies of your date of birth/matric certificate, educational qualifications, domicile, Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), and 2 recent passport-size photographs (attested by a Grade-17 or above gazetted officer).

3. Ensure your complete residential address and working mobile phone numbers are clearly written on the application.

4. Clearly state the name of the post applied for on the application envelope.
