Terms & Conditions

Prospective applicants must carefully fulfill the following official recruitment criteria and terms:

• Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on their provided credentials. Detailed physical scrutiny of original documents will be performed by the appointing authority later.

• NADRA Verification: All applicants must create a profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC through any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) using a printed E-Sahulat token. Without this verification, applications cannot be submitted.

• Age & Qualifications: Candidates must be fully eligible in terms of age limits and qualifications on or before the official closing date. Age relaxation will be granted as per existing Government Rules.

• Government Employees: Candidates already serving in Government or Semi-Government organizations must route their applications through the proper institutional channel.

• Multiple Applications: Candidates planning to apply for more than one position must submit separate application forms and deposit separate fees for each post.

• Quota Status: These positions are strictly dedicated to the 5% Minority Quota declared by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• General Policies: No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews. The competent authority reserves the absolute right to increase or decrease the final number of vacancies.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates must follow this step-by-step procedure to submit an online application via ETEA:

1. Online Registration: Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to complete your application profile.

2. Deposit Slip Generation: After successfully submitting the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip featuring a unique token number, project code, and candidate details will be generated.

3. Fee Payment: Take a printout of the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa app, an authorized Easypaisa Agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Record Keeping: Retain the original candidate copy of the paid deposit slip bearing the bank's stamp. Do not send physical documents, certificates, or testimonials directly to the ETEA office.

5. Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be notified via SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slips from the ETEA website. Ensure you provide a non-portable mobile number during registration.
