Key Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for these roles, candidates must fulfill the following general requirements:

• Age Limit: Generally between 21 to 28 years, with a 5-year general age relaxation as per Sindh Government policy.

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university. Technical roles require specific diplomas in IT or Shorthand/Typing certifications from SBTE.

• Mandatory Test: Candidates must have passed the STS (SIBA Testing Service) Graduate Category screening test with at least 40% marks.

• Note on Validity: The validity of the STS screening test results (from 2023) has been extended by the Government of Sindh until June 30, 2028.
