Project Director (PPS-12)

• Maximum Age Limit: 62 Years

• Qualification: Postgraduate qualification in Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Experience Required:

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive and verifiable senior management experience in Government or the private sector.

  • Candidates who have good knowledge of the Chinese economy and language will be particularly encouraged to apply.

• Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership, supervision, and strategic direction to the Secretariat.

  • Lead coordination with Chinese counterparts and facilitate effective implementation of CPEC initiatives and projects.

  • Support line ministries and relevant institutions throughout the CPEC project lifecycle.

  • Oversee stakeholder coordination, project-related risks, and senior-level engagement with public and private sector institutions.

  • Support implementation of CPEC priorities in line with real understandings, the CPEC Long Term Plan, and decisions of the Joint Cooperation Committee.
