The Central Power Generation Company Limited (CPGCL), a Public Sector Power Generation Company owned by the Government of Pakistan, is inviting applications from high-caliber, energetic, and result-oriented professionals. Vacancies are available for senior managerial roles across Operations, I&C, Electrical, Mechanical, HSE, and Security departments at its thermal power plant sites including Guddu, Quetta, and Sibi.

Appointments will be made on a contract basis initially for one (01) year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirements.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• (Multiple Posts) Manager Operations – B.Sc/B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/Power Engineering (PEC registered); 12–15 years experience in power plant O&M; Max Age: 45 years.

• (Multiple Posts) Manager I&C – B.Sc/B.E. in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation (PEC registered); 12–15 years experience in I&C maintenance; Max Age: 45 years.

• (Multiple Posts) Manager Electrical – B.Sc/B.E. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (PEC registered); 12–15 years experience in electrical operations; Max Age: 45 years.

• (Multiple Posts) Manager Mechanical – B.Sc/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (PEC registered); 12–15 years experience in combined cycle plant maintenance; Max Age: 45 years.

• (Multiple Posts) Manager HSE – Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering/Environmental Sciences/HSE; 10–15 years professional HSE experience; Max Age: 45 years.

• (Multiple Posts) Manager Security – Bachelor's/Master's degree or Retired Armed Forces Officer (Lt. Col. & above) with "Exemplary" record and Medical Category "A"; Max Age: 50 years.

Terms & Conditions

• Contract Period: Initial contract period is one (01) year, extendable based on performance.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is subject to relaxation for exceptionally suitable candidates.

• Government/Public Sector Applicants: Serving employees must apply through proper channels with NOC.

• Ineligibility: Applications received after the due date, incomplete applications, or candidates dismissed/retired on disciplinary grounds will not be entertained.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/test; no TA/DA will be admissible.
