Assistant (BS-16)

• Qualification / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (2nd Division) from a recognized university.

  • Basic computer proficiency in MS Office / IT Applications.

• Age Limit:

  • Male: 18 to 25 + 5 years relaxation = 30 Years

  • Female: 18 to 25 + 8 years relaxation = 33 Years

• Syllabus for Written Test / Examination:

  • One paper MCQ-type General Ability Written Test (100 Marks, 90 Minutes) covering General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science, and Computer Studies.

Junior Clerk (BS-11)

• Qualification / Experience:

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate / FA / F.Sc / I.Com) (2nd Division) from a recognized Board.

  • Speed of 25 words per minute (wpm) in typing on computer in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Computer Applications.

• Age Limit:

  • Male: 18 to 25 + 5 years relaxation = 30 Years

  • Female: 18 to 25 + 8 years relaxation = 33 Years

• Gender, Domicile & Place of Posting:

  • Gender: Male, Female & Transgender

  • Domicile: Faisalabad District

• Syllabus for Written Test / Examination:

  • Phase 1: One paper MCQ Written Test (100 Marks, 90 Mins) on English, Urdu, General Knowledge, Basic Math, Computer Applications.

  • Phase 2: Typing Test on computer (25 wpm) and MS Office proficiency test for written test qualifiers.

• Online Submission Only: PPSC accepts applications exclusively through its official online portal. Hard copies, postal submissions, or hand-delivered forms will not be accepted.

• Domicile Requirement: Candidates must possess a valid Punjab domicile certificate.

• Age & Relaxation: Age criteria and general age relaxations apply according to the standard rules of the Government of the Punjab.

• Quotas Applied: Reserved quotas for Women, Minorities, and Special Persons are applicable as per Punjab government policies.

• Original Documents: Shortlisted candidates invited for the test/interview must present original educational degrees, transcripts, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and departmental NOC (for in-service employees).

• Application Fee: Applicants must pay the prescribed application fee through online payment channels (ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, 1Link, OTC, etc.) using the generated PSID.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA is admissible for tests or interviews.
