The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohat has issued an official recruitment notice inviting online applications through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA). Permanent residents and domicile holders of District Kohat are invited to apply for various administrative and clerical staff vacancies.

Terms & Conditions

• Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA computer-based screening test. Eligibility will be finalized after scrutiny by the competent authority.

• Shortlisting & Merit: Only shortlisted candidates based on ETEA screening test marks and academic qualification scores will be called for interviews.

• Appointment Nature: All appointments will be made purely on a temporary and merit basis according to applicable Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa rules and regulations.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation will be granted in accordance with existing government rules.

• Government Servants: Applicants serving in government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel (NOC).

• Test Notifications: Interview and test alerts will be sent via SMS. Candidates must keep their mobile numbers active (network-ported/converted numbers should be avoided).

• Foreign Degrees: Equivalence certificates issued by HEC are required for non-standard or foreign academic degrees.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA or travel allowance will be provided for appearing in tests or interviews.

• Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify, or cancel the advertisement at any stage without giving prior notice.

How to Apply

1. Create a candidate profile on the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk.

2. Print the NADRA E-Sahulat token from the website and verify your original CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat center/franchise before submitting the online form.

3. After profile verification, apply for the desired position and print the generated customized bank fee deposit slip.

4. Deposit the non-refundable test fee at any UBL Bank, UBL Omni agent, or via EasyPaisa. Keep the original stamped deposit slip safe.

5. Do not send hard copies of educational documents or fee deposit slips to the ETEA office. Successful candidates will be asked to present original documents during document scrutiny and interview.

6. Download your roll number slip directly from the ETEA portal prior to the screening test.
