The Office of the Deputy Commissioner / District Collector Swat has announced new public sector job vacancies for the revenue department. Applications are invited through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) from suitable male and female candidates who are permanent residents and domicile holders of District Swat.

This recruitment follows a previous advertisement dated 19/02/2026, and all appointments will be filled strictly on regular basis according to the prevailing government recruitment policies of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Patwari position must strictly meet the following academic, technical, and age requirements:

Patwari (09 Positions)

• Educational Qualification: Intermediate (FA / F.Sc / ICS / I.Com) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

• Technical Qualification: Must have passed the official Patwar Examination.

• Registration Requirement: The candidate's name must be duly entered and registered in the official register of Patwar-passed candidates.

• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.

How to Apply Step-by-Step via ETEA

1. Online Profile Registration: Visit the official portal at www.etea.edu.pk to create or update your candidate dashboard.

2. Identity Verification: Print the generated NADRA token from your profile and visit a nearby NADRA franchise to complete your biometric verification.

3. Application Form Submission: The online application portal for the Patwari position will open on 1st June, 2026. Submit your details online before the deadline.

4. Deposit Slip: Download and print the unique system-generated online fee deposit slip containing your project codes and token details.

5. Fee Payment: Deposit the non-refundable test processing fee at any branch of UBL Bank or through the EasyPaisa App / authorized EasyPaisa agent.

6. Retain Slip: Keep the stamped candidate copy of your deposit slip safely with you. Do not mail or upload a copy of this slip.

7. Document Dispatch: There is no need to send physical copies of your degrees, diplomas, or certificates to the ETEA office. Physical documents will only be requested from candidates who clear the screening test.

8. Closing Date: The final deadline to complete online applications and pay the processing fee is 15th June, 2026.

9. Roll Number Slips: Test date, time, and test center location will be detailed on the Roll Number Slips, which will be uploaded to the ETEA portal. Candidates will receive an automated SMS notification. Ensure your registered mobile number is not ported to another network.
