Terms & Conditions

Applicants must closely review the general terms and conditions set by the department:

• Domicile Status: Candidates must be permanent residents and domicile holders of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• ETEA Profile Verification: All applicants must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying for any vacancy, candidates must print their E-Sahulat token and verify their CNIC via a NADRA Sahulat / E-NADRA franchise kiosk. Applications will not be submitted without this CNIC verification.

• Service Nature: Appointments will be made on a regular basis under the standard rules and regulations of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Test & Interview Intimations: Shortlisted candidates will be notified about test dates, test centers, and interview updates via SMS alerts. Candidates are advised not to turn off their mobile networks or convert their mobile numbers to other networks.

• Government Workers: Candidates currently working in government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel and present an NOC from their parent department.

• Separation of Applications: If a candidate wants to apply for more than one vacancy, they must submit a completely separate online application and test fee for each post.

• No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be paid to candidates arriving for the screening tests or interviews.

How to Apply

To submit your application online via ETEA:

1. Online Registration: Visit the official portal of ETEA at www.etea.edu.pk.

2. Apply for the Post: Fill out the online application form for your desired post. After submitting, a customized Deposit Slip containing a unique token number, project code, and candidate information will be generated.

3. Fee Payment: Take a printout of the deposit slip and pay the specified test fee (non-refundable) at any branch of UBL Bank, or digitally via EasyPaisa App or UBL Omni agent.

4. Keep Proof of Payment: Ensure the bank places its official stamp on the candidate copy of the deposit slip. Keep this stamped copy safe with you; do not post it to the ETEA office.

5. Roll Number Slips: Roll number slips containing the test date, time, and venue can be downloaded directly from www.etea.edu.pk once the schedule is announced. No physical call letters will be dispatched via courier.
