Addl. Director Finance	CA (Final) / CA Qualified	15+ years in corporate finance, budgeting, and ERP systems.
Addl. Director Legal	LLB / LLM	15+ years as a practicing lawyer (High Court experience preferred).
Project Engineer (Civil)	BSc / MSc Civil Engineering	10+ years in large-scale infrastructure and development works.
Project Engineer (Elect.)	BSc / MSc Electrical Eng.	10+ years in electrification, substations, and utility coordination.
Deputy Director Legal	LLB / LLM	10+ years in litigation management and legal drafting.
Asst. Director Horticulture	MSc Horticulture / Agri.	5+ years in landscaping and plantation for large societies.
Asst. Director Finance	MBA (Finance) / M.Com	5+ years in accounting, financial reporting, and audit.
Asst. Director Legal	LLB / LLM	5+ years experience, including High Court practice.
Asst. Director HR	MBA (HRM) / Equivalent	5+ years in HR operations, recruitment, and service regulations.

Benefits & Tenure

• Salary: Attractive salary package with fringe benefits.

• Service Tenure: Initial contract for 5 years, extendable based on performance up to a maximum of 15 years.
