These positions are being filled purely on a contract/adhoc basis for a temporary duration, offering an excellent opportunity to serve in the public healthcare sector of Balochistan.

Terms & Conditions

Prospective candidates must carefully read through the administrative and eligibility rules:

• Age Limit: Age limits will strictly be governed in accordance with the current policy of the Government of Balochistan.

• Domicile & Preference: Candidates from all over are eligible to apply; however, strict preference will be given to local/domicile residents of District Sibi.

• Regularization Warning: These contractual services will not be regularized under any circumstances. Extensions depend entirely on a performance certificate issued by the concerned DDO.

• Salary Scale: Selected individuals will be entitled to receive pay in their respective basic scales along with standard applicable allowances.

• Government Servants: Candidates already working in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel, attaching a fresh No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.

• Ineligibility: Anyone who has been previously terminated or dismissed from any government or non-government position due to disciplinary action, misconduct, or legal offenses is ineligible to apply.

• TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be paid to candidates arriving for the interview process.

   • Latest PMDC / PNMC registration (where applicable).

   • Educational certificates and technical diplomas.

   • Professional experience certificates.

   • Local / Domicile Certificate of District Sibi.

   • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
