Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Junior Clerk position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Educational Qualification

• Degree: Graduate (at least Second Division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

• Technical Skill: A six (06) month Certificate Course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board.

2. Age Limit

• Standard Age: 18 to 28 years.

• Age Relaxation: An upper age relaxation of 5 years is applicable as per the Sindh Civil Servants Rules, 2024.

3. Required Testing

• Applicants must have passed the General Screening Test (Graduation and Intermediate Category) conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks.

• A valid STS certificate is mandatory for the appointment.
