The Directorate General of Archaeology & Museums, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online applications from eligible candidates holding a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for various contract-based vacancies. These project posts are created under ADP developmental initiatives, including "Preservation, Conservation & Documentation of Archaeological Sites in Merged District of KP (Phase-II)" and "Field Research and Scientific Documentation of KP's Archaeological Heritage." Terms & Conditions

1. Provisional Screening: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test based on information submitted in their online applications. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out prior to appointment, and ineligible applicants will be disqualified.

2. Mandatory NADRA Verification: Applicants must create a profile on ETEA's website, print an E-Sahulat token, and verify their CNIC from any NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk before applying or depositing test fees.

3. Shortlisting & Eligibility: Only candidates qualifying the ETEA test will undergo further document screening. Candidates must meet all eligibility requirements on or before the application deadline.

4. Multiple Applications: Applicants intending to apply for more than one position must submit separate online applications and separate test fees for each post.

5. Interview Call Letters: Interview call letters will only be issued to shortlisted candidates. Original documents along with HEC equivalence certificates (for foreign degrees) must be provided at the time of interview.

6. Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of posts by assigning a cogent reason.

7. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the screening test or interview.

How to Apply

1. Online Application Submission: Interested candidates must visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk and submit an online application for their desired post.

2. Deposit Slip Generation & Fee Payment: After successful online submission, print the generated deposit slip (containing Token Number, Project Code, and Personal Information) and pay the prescribed test fee via EasyPaisa App/Agent or any branch of UBL / UBL OMNI. Keep the original stamped candidate copy.

3. No Hard Copies Initially: Do not send hard copies of documents/testimonials to ETEA offices at this stage. Documents will be demanded only from test-qualified candidates.

4. Roll No. Slips & Test Information: Candidates will be informed via SMS to download Roll No. Slips from the ETEA website. Candidates must not provide ported/converted mobile numbers. Test date, time, and venue details will be provided on the Roll No. Slips.
