The Directorate General of Industries & Commerce, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), has announced new project-based employment opportunities. Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Merged Districts Domicile for recruitment under the Annual Development Programme (ADP) Project # 250326 titled "Establishment of Research and Statistical Cell at DIC and statistical survey across KP".

These positions are purely on a contract basis for a fixed period of three (03) years or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier, subject to the Project Implementation Policy (PIP) 2022 of the KP Government.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following qualification, age, and location requirements to be eligible for selection:

Statistical Assistant (12 Positions)

• Educational Qualification: B.Com / BA / B.Sc or equivalent degree from a recognized institution in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Technical Skills: Must be Computer/IT literate.

• Age Limit: 21 to 35 years.

• Salary Package: Rs. 40,000/- lumpsum pay per month.

• Job Posting: Anywhere within the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

How to Apply Step-by-Step via ETEA

1. Online Profile: Visit the official Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) portal at www.etea.edu.pk to complete your registration.

2. Form Submission: Fill out the online application form specifically for the Statistical Assistant post. The online application form is active starting 20th May, 2026.

3. Fee Deposit Slip: After successful digital submission, a system-generated online deposit slip featuring a unique token number and project code will be available to print.

4. Fee Payment: Pay the prescribed non-refundable test processing fee through the EasyPaisa app, an authorized EasyPaisa agent, or at any designated branch of UBL Bank.

5. Keep Receipt Safely: Retain the original candidate copy of the stamped deposit slip with you; do not share its details or mail it to the office.

6. No Hardcopies Required: There is no need to send physical degrees or certificates to the ETEA office at this stage. Documents will only be collected from candidates who successfully clear the screening test.

7. Application Deadline: The final date to submit the online form and deposit the processing fee is 10th June, 2026.

8. Roll Number Slips: Test date, time, and venue details will be detailed on the Roll Number Slips, which can be downloaded directly from the portal after an automated SMS alert. Ensure your registered mobile network is not converted/portable.
