Online applications are invited from eligible candidates having a domicile in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including Newly Merged Areas / Districts) for recruitment against regular posts in the Directorate General of Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The entire recruitment process for these positions will be conducted through the Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

Terms & Conditions

• Provisional Appearance & Scrutiny: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.

• NADRA e-Sahulat Verification: All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA's website. Before applying/depositing fees for any post, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, candidates will not be able to apply.

• Eligibility Screening: Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.

• Interview Calls: Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

• Eligibility Date: Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of applications.

• Incomplete & Late Applications: Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.

• Age Relaxation: Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.

• Government Service / NOC: Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channels. A Departmental NOC has to be provided before the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) at the time of interview.

• Applying for Multiple Posts: Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.

• Departmental Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof. Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

• TA/DA & Foreign Degrees: No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. In the case of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.

How to Apply

1. Online Application: Interested candidates must first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online. (Availability of online application form starts on 5th August, 2026).

2. Deposit Slip Generation: After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, project code, and candidate's personal information) will be generated.

3. Fee Payment: Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the Easypaisa app/agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep Original Slip: After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank's desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.

5. No Hard Copies to ETEA: Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. Copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by candidates who qualify the screening test as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

6. Roll No Slips: Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile numbers. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. No separate call letter will be issued through postal/courier means.
