• STS Screening Test Requirement: Applicants must have successfully cleared the General Screening Test (Graduation or Matriculation category depending on the post) conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with a minimum score of 40% marks and hold a valid STS certificate.

• Age Relaxation: The upper age limit relaxation will be granted in accordance with the official policies and rules of the Government of Sindh.

• Quota Allocation: Quotas for minorities (5%), disabled persons (5%), females (15%), and transgender individuals (0.5%) will be strictly maintained for initial appointments as per Sindh Government policy.

• Government Servants: Candidates already employed in government services must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department before applying and present the original NOC at the time of the interview.

• Appointment Rules: All appointments will follow the Sindh Government policy notified on 26.04.2023 under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973.

• Interview Requirements: Candidates must bring their original educational and professional documents to the interview. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided for appearing in the interview.
