Eligibility Criteria

• Junior Scale Stenographer:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Technical Skills: 6-month certificate in Shorthand and English Typing from an institute recognized by SBTE.

  • Speed: 120 w.p.m. in shorthand and 35 w.p.m. in English typing on a computer.

  • Age Limit: 21 – 28 years.

• Computer Operator:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/I.T (16 years of education) with at least 2nd Division OR Graduation with a Diploma in Computer Science/I.T.

  • Age Limit: 18 – 28 years.

• Data Input Operator:

  • Education: Graduation in I.T/Computer Science (at least 2nd Division) OR Graduation with a Diploma in I.T/Computer Science from a recognized University/Board.

  • Age Limit: 18 – 28 years.

Mandatory Requirements

1. STS Screening Test: Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test (Graduation Category) conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks. A valid STS certificate is required for appointment.

2. Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation of up to 15 years may be applicable as per the Government of Sindh's prevailing policy and notifications.

3. Government Employees: Current government servants must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments before applying.
