Online applications are invited from eligible candidates having a domicile of the respective Districts of merged areas for recruitment through the Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA). These regular vacancies are announced in the Directorate of Sports Merged Areas, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, across various districts including Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Orakzai, Kurram, North Waziristan, and South Waziristan. Interested male and female candidates who possess the required qualifications and coaching experience are encouraged to apply online.

Terms & Conditions

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process will be disqualified.

2. All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying or depositing fees, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC number verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.

3. Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.

4. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

5. Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of applications.

6. Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.

7. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.

8. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel. Departmental NOC has to be provided before the DSC at the time of interview. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.

9. Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.

10. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

11. In case of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.

12. Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.

2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.

3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the Easypaisa app, an authorized agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the desired bank stamp safe and do not share it with anyone else.

5. After applying online, do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office; copies of testimonials/documents will be provided by candidates who qualify the screening test as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

6. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile numbers.

7. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal/courier means.
