The Directorate of Youth Affairs, Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Government of Sindh, has announced new career opportunities for Class-IV positions (BPS-01 to BPS-04). Applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates holding a Sindh domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Karachi Division for initial appointments at the Directorate of Youth Affairs Headquarters in Karachi.

Terms & Conditions

• Domicile & PRC: Candidates must possess a domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Karachi Division, Sindh.

• Quota & Reservations: Initial appointments will strictly follow Government of Sindh rules, regulations, policies, and reserved quotas.

• Age Limit & Relaxation: The general age limit is 18 to 28 years. Upper age relaxation will be calculated according to Rule 7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024, and current Government of Sindh policies as of the closing date of application.

• Government Employees: Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel.

• Service Rules: Appointments and terms of service will be governed under the SGA&CD Policy Notification dated 26-04-2026, the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973, and subsequent amendments.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The date, time, and venue for the interview will be communicated to shortlisted applicants.

• Original Documents: Candidates must bring original educational documents, certificates, domicile, CNIC, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.

• No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance (TA/DA) will be paid for attending the test or interview.

• Verification: Successful candidates will undergo background/record verification through Police/Special Branch as per current policies.

• Departmental Rights: The department reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without providing any reason.

• Merit & Disqualification: Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit and transparency. Any attempt to influence the selection process through political or personal recommendations will result in immediate disqualification.
