The Office of the District and Sessions Judge / District Qazi, Chitral Lower, has announced new recruitment opportunities for permanent residents of District Chitral Lower. Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Eligibility: Candidates must be permanent residents of District Chitral Lower.

• Age Limit & Relaxation: The age limit for all posts is 18 to 30 years as calculated on January 1, 2026. General age relaxation will be granted as per prevailing government rules.

• Provisional Participation: Participation in the ETEA screening test is purely provisional based on information provided by the candidate. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority prior to final selection.

• Quotas Reserved: Specified posts are reserved for women, minorities, and open merit as per rules.

• Government Employees: Candidates working in government or semi-government organizations must apply through proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

• Original Documents: Successful candidates passing the ETEA test must produce original educational degrees, certificates, and relevant documents at the interview.

• Equivalency Certificate: Candidates holding foreign degrees must submit an HEC equivalence certificate.

• Communication & Mobile Numbers: Candidates will be notified regarding tests/interviews via SMS. Applicants must avoid changing or converting their mobile SIM networks during the recruitment process.

• Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the vacancy positions or advertisement at any stage.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA or daily allowance will be paid for attending the test or interview.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk.

2. Create or update your profile on the ETEA online portal and fill out the online application form.

3. Print the generated E-Deposit Slip containing the unique Token Number and project details.

4. Pay the non-refundable ETEA test fee at any United Bank Limited (UBL) branch, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa agent.

5. Verify fee deposit status and keep the original stamped deposit slip safe for your records.

6. Do NOT send hard copies of documents or application forms to the ETEA office at this stage; physical documents will only be called from candidates who clear the screening test.

7. Download and print the Roll Number Slip from the ETEA website once notified via SMS. No separate call letters or admit cards will be sent by post.

The online application form will be available on the ETEA website starting September 1, 2026.

Candidates must submit their online applications within 30 days of the publication of the advertisement. Late or incomplete applications will be rejected.
