The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Dera Ismail Khan, has announced job vacancies for permanent residents and domicile holders of District Dera Ismail Khan. These positions offer an opportunity for eligible candidates to secure government employment within the judicial sector of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Recruitment for these positions will be conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) screening test. Qualified candidates possessing the required educational background, typing/shorthand skills, and age limits are invited to apply online before the closing deadline.

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates must be permanent residents and domicile holders of District Dera Ismail Khan.

• Candidates will be allowed to appear provisionally in the ETEA screening test based on the information provided in their online applications. Detailed scrutiny of documents will be conducted by the appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.

• All applicants must create a profile on the ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk) prior to applying. They must print the E-Sahulat Token from the site and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat center before depositing the fee.

• Separate applications and separate fee deposits are mandatory when applying for more than one position.

• Age limit calculation for all positions will be determined as of January 1, 2026. Upper age relaxation will be granted in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government rules.

• Candidates applying under specific quotas (women, minorities, or disabled persons) must provide relevant certificates issued by competent authorities.

• For candidate qualifications with equivalent degrees, an official Equivalency Certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) is required.

• Shortlisted candidates called for written, typing/skill tests, or interviews must bring original academic transcripts, CNIC, domicile, and experience certificates along with two passport-sized photographs.

• Provisional Certificates or DMCs will not be accepted as proof of qualification; only original degrees or final transcripts will be considered valid.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for attending tests or interviews.

• The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official ETEA web portal at www.etea.edu.pk starting from August 10, 2026.

2. Create/login to your profile, generate the E-Sahulat Token, and verify your CNIC at a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.

3. Fill in the online application form completely and generate the specific bank deposit slip.

4. Deposit the non-refundable test fee using the generated deposit slip via the Easypaisa app, Easypaisa agent, or any UBL Bank branch.

5. Retain the original stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip for your personal records. Do not send hard copies of documents to the ETEA office.

6. Keep your provided mobile number active to receive SMS alerts regarding Roll Number Slips and test schedule updates.
