District and Sessions Court Hyderabad Jobs 2026 for Jr Clerks & Others Apply Online via NTS

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, has announced new job opportunities for eligible male and female candidates looking to secure a career in the judicial department. Applications are being invited for various staff positions ranging from BPS-03 to BPS-16. Candidates holding a domicile of District Hyderabad are encouraged to review the criteria and apply before the specified deadline.

Terms & Conditions

Before submitting your application, please carefully read through the mandatory guidelines and general conditions:

• Domicile / PRC: Applicants must possess a valid Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) and domicile of District Hyderabad.

• Gender Equality & Special Quota: Both male and female candidates are welcome to participate. Special quotas for women, disabled individuals, and minorities will be observed according to government policy. Candidates with disabilities must submit a CNIC with a wheelchair logo issued by NADRA along with a valid disability certificate.

• Government Servants: Current government employees must apply through the proper channel. For candidates who have served in connection with the affairs of the Federation or Province of Sindh for at least 3 years, the upper age limit shall be relaxed by 30 years.

• Test & Selection Criteria:

  • For Stenographer and Junior Clerk positions, candidates scoring at least 50% marks in the initial NTS test will be shortlisted for skill, typing, and shorthand tests.

  • Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for tests and interviews.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided to any candidate for appearing in the test or interview.

• Authority Rights: The office reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, or withdraw the recruitment process at any stage without disclosing a reason.

• Disqualification Note: Any external influence brought to bear on the selection process will lead to automatic disqualification. The decision of the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) shall be final.

How to Apply

The application procedure varies depending on the grade of the position you wish to target:

For Stenographer (BPS-16) and Junior Clerk (BPS-11):

1. Visit the National Testing Service official website at www.nts.org.pk to fill out the Online Job Application form.

2. Download and print the deposit slip to pay the processing fee of Rs. 800/- through 1Link, 1bill participating banks, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or a TCS Express Counter.

3. Candidates applying for these posts only need to complete the online form and pay the fee; do not send a hard copy of the form or challan to NTS. Keep a copy of your application and challan for your records. No applications for these roles will be accepted by hand.

For Naib Qasid (BPS-03) and Sweeper (BPS-03):

1. Utilize the prescribed application proforma attached directly to the advertisement.

2. Fill out the particulars completely, and attach an attested photocopy of your CNIC, educational documents, PRC, domicile, two recent passport-size photographs, and an NOC (if applicable for government servants).

3. Send the completed form by post or deliver it by hand to the following address on or before the closing date:
