Terms & Conditions

• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be granted according to the prevailing rules and policies of the Government of Balochistan.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently serving in Government or Semi-Government departments must apply through proper channels with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Multiple Applications: Candidates wishing to apply for more than one position must submit separate application forms along with relevant document sets for each position.

• Incomplete & Late Submissions: Incomplete applications or those received after the specified deadline will not be entertained.

• Shortlisting & Tests: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written tests, skill tests, or interviews.

• Skill / Typing Test Date: Shorthand and typing tests for Stenographer, Assistant Computer Operator, and Junior Clerk will be conducted on 15-09-2026.

• Document Verification: Candidates must bring original documents (CNIC, Domicile/Local Certificate, Educational Degrees, Experience Certificates) at the time of test/interview.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for attending tests or interviews.

• Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any advertised post or the entire recruitment process without assigning any reason. Preference will be given to local candidates meeting the qualifications.
