The Office of the District and Session Judge, Mirpurkhas has announced new job vacancies for eligible candidates holding a Mirpurkhas district domicile. Positions range from BPS-03 to BPS-16 across administrative, technical, and support staff cadres.

Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Eligibility: Candidates must possess a valid domicile of District Mirpurkhas.

• Accuracy of Information: Providing false, misleading, or exaggerated information will lead to rejection at any stage or termination of employment.

• Age Calculation: Age limits will be calculated as of the last date fixed for the submission of applications.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in government departments must apply through the proper channel. For government servants with at least 3 years of service in Sindh/Federation, the upper age limit is 30 years as per Judicial Staff Services Rules, 1992.

• Quotas: Special, reserved, female, and disability quotas (5% under Section 05 of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973) will be strictly observed as per rules. Candidates with disabilities must submit a CNIC displaying a wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.

• Passing Marks & Selection: Candidates securing at least 40% marks in the initial test/MCQs will be qualified for skill tests/interviews.

• Original Documents: Candidates must bring their original CNIC to test/skill sessions and all original testimonials at the time of the interview.

• Medical Fitness & Verification: Final appointments are subject to background verification of documents and medical fitness certification by an appointed Board of Medical Officers.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test, skill assessment, or interview.

• Department Rights: The District & Sessions Court reserves the right to increase, decrease, cancel, or withdraw recruitment for any post without giving prior notice or assigning a reason.

• Zero External Influence: Any attempt to exert external influence during selection will cause immediate candidate disqualification.

How to Apply

For Posts at Serial No. 01 to 03 (Stenographer, Computer Operator, Junior Clerk):

1. Register online via the SIBA Testing Service (STS) portal at https://apply.sts.net.pk.

2. Generate and print the system-created bank challan of Rs. 1500/-. Deposit it at any ABL Bank branch, via myABL app, or through 1Bill network.

3. Upload required documents on the portal: CNIC (front/back), Domicile, PRC/Form-D, recent photograph, academic documents, and character certificates (from institution last attended and two respectable non-relatives).

4. Note: Do NOT submit physical/hard copies to STS or the District Court for these posts.

For Posts at Serial No. 04 to 08 (Bailiff, Daftari, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar):

1. Download the "Job Application Form" from the District and Sessions Court Mirpurkhas official website (www.districtcourtsmirpurkhas.gos.pk) or collect it from the Superintendent Office during office hours.

2. Submit the completed application form along with attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, PRC, CNIC, character certificates, two passport-sized photographs, and NOC (if applicable) directly to the Office of the Superintendent.
