Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: Applicants must possess a local or domicile certificate of District Nasirabad.

• Age Limit: According to Rule 8 of the Balochistan District Judiciary Staff Service Rules 2021, candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age. Government employees with at least 3 years of service have an upper age relaxation up to 35 years.

• In-Service Candidates: Existing government employees must apply through their respective department's proper channel.

• Selection Process Schedule:

  • Shortlisted Candidates List Notice: Shortlist will be displayed on the notice board on 25-08-2026.

  • Shorthand, Typing & Computer Test: For Stenographer, Stenotypist, and Assistant Computer Operator candidates on 27-08-2026 at 11:30 AM at the signatory’s office.

  • Written Test Results: Successful candidate list will be displayed on 01-09-2026.

  • Interviews: Interviews will be conducted on 03-09-2026 at 11:30 AM.

• Original Documents: Candidates must bring original academic and technical documents at the time of the interview.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing in tests or interviews.

• Posting: Successful candidates can be posted in any court across District Nasirabad.

• Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will be rejected. Any recommendation or influence will disqualify the candidate.
