List of Vacancies and Eligibility Details

• (02 Assistant (BPS-16)): BA/BSc or equivalent qualification from a recognized university with an age limit of 18 to 30 years.

• (07 Computer Operator (BPS-16)): MSc (Computer Science)/BCS/BIT/BS or equivalent qualification from a recognized university with an age limit of 18 to 30 years.

• (14 Stenotypist (BPS-14)): Intermediate with 50 WPM shorthand speed, 35 WPM English typing speed, and an age limit of 18 to 30 years.

• (13 Junior Clerk (BPS-11)): Matriculation from a recognized board with a 30 WPM typing speed and an age limit of 18 to 30 years.

Terms & Conditions

• Age limits will be calculated as of January 1, 2026, with upper age relaxation admissible according to prevailing government rules.

• All applicants must undergo a screening test conducted through EATA.

• Government servants must apply through proper channels by attaching an active Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Candidates possessing foreign degrees must provide an official HEC Equivalence Certificate.

• Incomplete applications or those carrying incorrect information will be rejected at any stage of recruitment.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in tests or interviews.
