District and Sessions Court Tharparkar Mithi Jobs 2026 NTS Apply Online for Jr Clerks, Drivers, Bailiff & Others

The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Tharparkar at Mithi, has announced vacancies for various positions in the local judiciary. Applications are invited from eligible candidates who possess a domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of District Tharparkar.

These vacancies include technical, clerical, and support staff roles ranging from BPS-01 to BPS-16. Positions for Stenographer and Junior Clerk will be recruited through the National Testing Service (NTS), while positions from Serial Numbers 03 to 10 will be managed directly by the District and Sessions Court Office.

Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Eligibility: Candidates must hold a valid domicile certificate and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of District Tharparkar.

• Age Limit & Cut-off Date: Age limits vary by post (21 to 25 years for Sr. 01 & 02; 20 to 28 years for Sr. 03 to 10). Age limits will be calculated as of the closing date, September 11, 2026.

• Age Relaxation: Candidates with 3 years of continuous government service can receive upper age relaxation up to 30 years for Sr. 01 & 02, and up to 30 years for Sr. 03 to 10. Candidates exceeding the age limit by up to 5 years who qualify based on performance may be considered for relaxation subject to approval from the Honorable Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh.

• Government Employees: Candidates already in government service who meet the eligibility requirements must apply through proper channels.

• Quotas Reserved: A 5% quota is reserved for differently-abled (disabled) persons. Female candidates are also strongly encouraged to apply.

• Original Verification: Candidates must produce original educational degrees, CNIC, domicile, PRC, and experience documents at the time of the interview.

• Authority Rights: The Selection Committee reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions without prior notice. The committee's decision will be final.

• TA/DA & Misrepresentation: No TA/DA will be provided for attending tests or interviews. Providing false or exaggerated information will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature at any stage.

How to Apply

For Serial No. 01 & 02 (Stenographer & Junior Clerk):

1. Apply online via the official NTS website at www.nts.org.pk.

2. Pay the non-refundable fee of Rs. 800/- via online challan through OneLink, 1Bill, ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express Counters. Manual/by-hand submissions are not accepted.

3. Upload clear front-and-back scanned copies of your CNIC, Domicile, PRC Form-D, educational certificates/mark sheets, experience documents, recent photograph, and fee deposit slip to the NTS online portal.

4. Keep checking the NTS portal for objection lists, test dates, roll number slips, and results.

For Serial No. 03 to 10 (Driver, Bailiff, Naib Qasid, Farash, Chowkidar, Sweeper, Mali):

1. Download the prescribed application form from the official website of District and Sessions Court Tharparkar.

2. Fill out the application form completely. A separate application form must be submitted for each post applied for.

3. Attach attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, Domicile, PRC Form-D, experience certificates, and passport-size photographs.

4. Dispatch the completed application package via registered post or courier to:

   Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Tharparkar, Judicial Complex, Mithi.

Last Date to Apply

The deadline to submit applications (both online via NTS and physical forms via post) is September 11, 2026.

Applications received past the deadline or incomplete in any respect will be rejected.
