Terms & Conditions

• Initial Testing: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to take the ETEA screening test based on submitted online information. Detailed scrutiny of documents will be conducted by the appointing authority at a later stage.

• ETEA Profile & Verification: Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before submitting an application or paying fees, candidates must print their E-Sahulat token and verify their CNIC through any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. Applications submitted without verification will not be entertained.

• Multiple Posts: Separate applications and fee deposits are required if applying for more than one position.

• Incomplete & Late Submissions: Applications received after the closing date, incomplete forms, or applications with false/forged information will be rejected at any stage of the selection process.

• Test/Interview Notifications: Test and interview details will be communicated via SMS. Candidates must keep their mobile numbers active and operational (converted/ported numbers should be avoided).

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in government or semi-government organizations must provide a Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) prior to final appointment.

• Document Verification: Original educational and identity documents must be presented at the time of the interview. HEC equivalence certificates are required for non-standard or foreign degrees.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA or travel allowance will be provided for appearing in tests or interviews.

• Rights Reserved: The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts.

How to Apply

2. Create or log in to your candidate account, complete your profile, and select the desired job position under the District and Sessions Court Upper Dir section.

3. Generate and print the customized deposit slip (containing a unique project code and personal details).

4. Deposit the non-refundable test fee via UBL Bank, UBL Omni, or EasyPaisa. Keep the candidate copy of the stamped deposit slip safe for your records.

5. Do not send hard copies of documents or deposit slips to the ETEA office after submitting the online application. Hard copies will only be requested from candidates who clear the screening test.

6. Download and print your Roll Number Slip directly from www.etea.edu.pk once issued.
