District Civil Court Lower Chitral Jobs 2026 for Naib Qasid & Chowkidar

The Office of the Senior Civil Judge / Admin, Lower Chitral, has announced official vacancies for permanent residents of Lower Chitral. Approved by the Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, these judicial support positions offer opportunities for local candidates seeking employment within the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa judiciary.

The recruitment drive includes general seats as well as reserved quotas for women. Eligible local candidates possessing basic literacy, sound character, and valid domicile credentials are encouraged to submit their applications before the submission deadline.

Terms & Conditions

• Domicile & Eligibility: Open exclusively to permanent residents of District Lower Chitral.

• Age Limits: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years of age as on the closing date of application. Upper age relaxation will be granted according to prevailing government laws.

• Quotas: Specific quotas including Open Merit and Women Quota (10%) will be strictly observed as per regulations.

• Nature of Recruitment: Appointments are being filled on a purely temporary basis.

• Character Certificate: Applicants must attach a good character certificate signed by two reputable local citizens (non-relatives) containing their names, father's names, CNIC numbers, addresses, and mobile numbers.

• Employment Exchange Registration: Registration with the relevant Employment Exchange office is mandatory for candidates applying for Naib Qasid and Chowkidar positions.

• In-Service Applicants: Government employees must submit their applications through the proper channel.

• Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one category must submit separate applications for each post.

• Incomplete/Late Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in tests or interviews.

• Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or amend the advertisement as per policy.

How to Apply

1. Download the official application form from the District Courts Lower Chitral website at districtcourtschitral.gov.pk.

2. Fill out the application form completely and accurately.

3. Attach attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, CNIC, experience certificates (if any), character certificate, employment exchange registration certificate, and two recent passport-size photographs.

4. Submit the complete application form by hand or send it via post/courier directly to the Office of the Senior Civil Judge Admin, Lower Chitral.

5. Bring original academic credentials, CNIC, and stationery (paper, pen, clipboard) on the scheduled test/interview date.
