Terms & Conditions

• Domicile: Only permanent residents and domicile holders of District Shangla are eligible to apply.

• Age Limit Calculation: Age limits for the positions will be calculated as of January 1, 2026. Age relaxation will be granted as per prevailing government rules.

• Provisional Screening: Admission to the screening test will be granted provisionally based on information provided in the online form. Detailed document verification will be conducted by the appointing authority at later stages.

• Disqualification: Incomplete, late, or false applications containing fraudulent documents or incorrect information will be rejected at any stage of recruitment.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in government or semi-government organizations must apply through proper channels and submit an NOC from their parent department before appointment.

• Original Documents: Original educational certificates, degrees, and identification must be presented at the time of the interview. Foreign degree holders must submit an HEC Equivalency Certificate.

• ETEA Verification: Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC via NADRA e-Sahulat or ETEA Franchise before submitting the application/fee.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA (Traveling Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided for attending the test or interview.

• Vacancies Adjustment: The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process entirely with proper reason.

• Pay & Allowances: Salary and allowances will be admissible as per the government rules and NOC issued by the Finance Division.

How to Apply

• Interested candidates must visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk and fill out the online application form.

• After successful submission, download the deposit slip containing the project code and candidate details.

• Pay the prescribed non-refundable testing fee at any branch of UBL, UBL Omni, or via EasyPaisa app/agent. Keep the original stamped bank deposit slip safe for your records.

• Do not send hard copies of documents to the ETEA office during the initial application process; successful candidates in the screening test will be required to submit documents later.

• Candidates will be notified via SMS regarding test dates, and roll number slips must be downloaded directly from the ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk). Ensure provided mobile numbers are not ported to other networks.

• No separate call letters or roll number slips will be dispatched via post or courier.
