District Judiciary Kohat Internship Program Jobs 2026 for General Record Room Digitization Project

The District and Sessions Judge Court, Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is offering internship opportunities under the General Record Room Digitization Project. Applications are invited from eligible candidates to fill paid intern positions to assist in the scanning, indexing, document management, and digital archiving of judicial records.

This internship program provides valuable practical experience for computer science and IT graduates looking to gain hands-on expertise in digital record management, database operation, and court automation within the judicial sector.

• Paid Interns (Digitization Project)

  • Number of Positions: 10

  • Qualification: BS / Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering from a recognized university.

  • Required Skills: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in scanning, indexing, document management, software applications, and data entry.

  • Age Limit: 20 to 30 years.

  • Monthly Stipend: Rs. 30,000/- per month.

  • Project Duration: 03 months (extendable up to 06 months based on performance and project requirements).

Terms & Conditions

• The internship is purely temporary and project-based; selected candidates shall have no claim or right to permanent appointment.

• Selection and recruitment will follow the official SOPs and guidelines available on the District Courts Kohat official website (www.dsckohat.gov.pk).

• Initial screening of applications will be conducted purely on merit, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

• No TA/DA or any other local allowance will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.

• The selected interns will be bound by strict project SOPs and confidentiality rules; violation of these conditions will result in immediate termination.

• Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

• Surety Bond & Confidentiality Contract: Selected candidates will be required to submit a confidentiality contract and surety bond prior to joining.

• Interview Date: Scheduled for October 03, 2026.
