District Judiciary Malakand Jobs 2026 ETEA Apply Online for Process Servers

Applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates having a permanent residence and domicile of District Malakand to fill temporary positions in the District Judiciary Malakand. The screening test and recruitment process are being administered online through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates will be allowed to participate in the ETEA screening test provisionally based on self-provided details; complete verification will be conducted by the appointing authority later.

• Applicants must verify their profile/CNIC through the NADRA E-Sahulat token system before submitting the test fee.

• Candidates passing the ETEA test will undergo document scrutiny according to the eligibility criteria.

• Candidates must meet all eligibility requirements by the closing date specified in the advertisement.

• Incomplete applications, false/fake documents, or applications received after the due date will be rejected at any stage.

• Candidates will be notified of test and interview updates via SMS; candidates must ensure their mobile numbers are active and not converted to other networks.

• The age calculation date is set as 01-01-2026, with upper age relaxation allowed under prevailing laws.

• Original educational certificates and documents must be presented at the time of the interview. Government/semi-government employees must apply through proper channels with an NOC.

• The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of vacancies.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in tests or interviews.

• HEC Equivalency Certificate is mandatory for foreign or equivalent degrees.

• All appointments are subject to the approval/NOC of the Finance Department Peshawar.

How to Apply

• Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and fill out the online application form.

• After successful online submission, download and print the generated fee deposit slip containing the unique project code and applicant details.

• Deposit the non-refundable ETEA test fee at any UBL Bank branch or via the EasyPaisa App/Agent. Keep the original stamped deposit slip safe.

• Do not post initial documents to the ETEA office; candidates who pass the screening test will be asked to submit documents when required.

• Eligible candidates will receive an SMS from ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.

• Test date, time, and venue details will be provided on the Roll Number Slip.
