The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Malakand, has released an official recruitment notification for permanent residents and domicile holders of District Malakand. These vacancies are being filled through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) on a purely temporary basis under the prevailing government policies.

Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply for these legal support staff positions. The recruitment process will feature screening tests managed by ETEA to ensure merit-based selections.

• Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

  • No. of Posts: 02 (Open Merit)

  • Gender: Male & Female

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

  • Qualification / Requirements: Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board; shorthand speed of 50 words per minute; typing speed of 35 words per minute. Candidates with proficiency in MS Office will be preferred.

• Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

  • No. of Posts: 03 (Open Merit)

  • Gender: Male & Female

  • Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

  • Qualification / Requirements: Secondary School Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board; typing speed of 30 words per minute. Candidates proficient in MS Office will be preferred.

Terms & Conditions

• ETEA Screening Test: Initial participation in the ETEA screening test is granted provisionally based on self-provided online information. Detailed credential verification will be conducted by the appointing authority prior to final appointment.

• Verification Fee: Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA portal, obtain an ETEA token, and verify their CNIC via NADRA E-Sahulat (Kiosk/Franchise) after fee submission. Applications cannot be submitted without NADRA verification.

• Age Calculation: Age will be calculated as of January 01, 2026. Upper age limit relaxations will apply as per prevailing statutory rules.

• In-Service Candidates: Government or semi-government employees must route their applications through proper channels and provide an NOC at the time of the interview.

• Original Credentials: Candidates called for interviews must present their original educational documents and certificates. An HEC equivalency certificate is mandatory for foreign degree holders.

• Disqualification: Providing false, misleading, or forged documents at any stage will result in immediate disqualification.

• General Guidelines: No TA/DA will be provided for attending test or interview phases. The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of vacancies.

• Visit the official ETEA online portal at www.etea.edu.pk to complete the online application process.

• Fill out the online form, generate the deposit slip containing a unique token/project code, and pay the non-refundable test fee at any UBL Bank branch, UBL Omni, or via EasyPaisa.

• Keep the bank deposit slip (candidate copy) safely; do not submit or send hard copies to the ETEA office at this stage.

• Download and print your Roll Number Slip directly from www.etea.edu.pk once SMS alerts are issued by ETEA.

• Ensure your provided mobile contact number remains active and unblocked (do not use converted/ported network numbers).
