The District and Sessions Judge Office, Swabi has officially announced recruitment opportunities for permanent residents and domicile holders of District Swabi. The recruitment process is being conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) to fill multiple staff vacancies in the District Judiciary Establishment of Swabi.

Qualified male, female, and minority candidates holding the required academic qualifications (Bachelor's degree, BS/MSc IT, Intermediate, and Matriculation) along with necessary technical skills are encouraged to apply online before the closing date.

Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be permanent residents and domicile holders of District Swabi.

• Provisional Admission: Candidates will be allowed to sit in the screening test provisionally based on provided information; however, detailed verification will be conducted during recruitment, and any false info will lead to disqualification.

• NADRA E-Sahulat Verification: Candidates must verify their CNIC via NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk before applying on ETEA. Applications cannot be submitted without this verification.

• Age Limit & Relaxation: Age limits for the posts are 18 to 30 years, calculated as of 01-01-2026. Upper age limit relaxation will be granted as per existing government rules.

• Incomplete / Late Applications: Applications received after the deadline or containing false/incomplete information will be rejected at any stage.

• NOC for Government Employees: Serving government and semi-government employees must apply through proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their competent authority before appointment.

• Test/Interview Rules: Candidates must bring original educational documents at the time of interview. Foreign degree holders must provide an HEC Equivalence Certificate. No TA/DA will be paid for attending tests or interviews.

• Post Revision: The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies without assigning any reason.

How to Apply

• Eligible candidates must visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk and fill out the online application form.

• After successfully submitting the online application, print the generated fee deposit slip containing a unique token/project code.

• Deposit the test fee (non-refundable) at any branch of UBL, UBL Omni, Easy Paisa app, or agent. Keep the stamped bank candidate copy safe.

• Do not send physical documents to the ETEA office when applying; required documents will be collected from candidates who clear the screening test later.

• Candidates will be informed about test roll number slips via SMS. Slips must be downloaded directly from the official ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk).
