District Population Welfare Officer Jacobabad Jobs 2026 for Drivers, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar & Aya / Helper
The Office of the District Population Welfare Officer (DPWO), Jacobabad, Population Welfare Department, Government of Sindh, invites applications from eligible local candidates for appointment against Class-IV vacancies (BPS-01 to BPS-04). Positions are offered under the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion, and Transfer) Rules, 1974.
Eligible candidates possessing a valid domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC Form-D) of District Jacobabad can apply for support staff positions, including Driver, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, and Aya/Helper. Educated applicants will be given preference for non-technical positions.

Domicile Eligibility: Applicants must hold a domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC Form-D) of District Jacobabad. Postings will be local across District Jacobabad.

Age Limit & Relaxation: Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years of age. Upper age relaxation will be granted in accordance with Government of Sindh recruitment rules and policy.

Driver Requirements: Applicants for the post of Driver must possess a valid LTV Driving License along with two (02) years of relevant driving experience and a minimum qualification of Matriculation.

Preference for Other Posts: For Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, and Aya/Helper posts, preference will be given to candidates with educational qualifications.

Reserved Quotas: Applicable government quotas for women, minorities, and differently-abled (disabled) individuals will be strictly observed as per Sindh Government policy.

Government Employees: Applicants currently employed in government, semi-government, autonomous, or local bodies must submit their applications through proper channels along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Separate Applications: Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate application forms along with complete sets of required documents.

Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews. No TA/DA will be paid for attending any stage of the recruitment process.

Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of posts without assigning any reason.
