District Public School & College (DPS) Kasur is entering an exciting new phase as it launches its Cambridge O Level program. To lead this transition and maintain the excellence of the existing Matric stream, the institution is seeking seasoned, results-driven academic leaders for the following positions:

1. Principal (Male)

• Vacancy: 01 Post

• Salary Package: Rs. 200,000/- PM (School Pay Group – 10)

• Additional Benefits: * POL 200 liters PM

  • Electricity Allowance: Rs. 10,000/- PM

  • Telephone Allowance: Rs. 5,000/- PM

  • School Car: Honda 1,300 CC

  • Free Semi-Furnished Residence within DPS

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 40–50 Years

• Education: M.Phil/Master’s in Education (M.Ed) or Master’s in a core subject (English, Sciences, Math, Humanities) with strong leadership experience.

• Experience: 15+ years in the education sector, including at least 5 years as a Principal.

• Expertise: Hands-on experience in Cambridge school operations (timetabling, assessments, exam management). Cambridge PDQs or leadership certifications are highly preferred.

2. Vice Principal (Male/Female)

• Vacancy: 01 Post

• Salary Package: Rs. 150,000/- PM (School Pay Group – 09)

• Additional Benefits:

  • Transport Allowance: Rs. 15,000/- PM

  • Telephone Allowance: Rs. 5,000/- PM

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 35–45 years (flexible for the right candidate).

• Education: Master’s in Education (M.Ed) or Master’s in a relevant subject.

• Experience: 10–12 years in education with a proven 2+ years of leadership experience as a Vice Principal.

• Expertise: Strong command of Matric curriculum planning and board systems. Familiarity with Cambridge documentation and launch exposure is a significant plus.
