The District & Sessions Court, Hyderabad has announced multiple vacancies for eligible male and female candidates across Sindh. This is a great opportunity to secure a government job in the judiciary. The hiring process will include a written test, skill test, and interview, to be conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) of the District & Sessions Court.

How to Apply Online (Stenographer & Junior Clerk)

Candidates for Stenographer (BPS-16) and Junior Clerk (BPS-11) must apply online through the official NTS portal.

1. Online Application: Fill out the "Online Job Application Form" available on the NTS Website.

2. Challan Deposit: Deposit the application/test fee of Rs. 800/- (Eight Hundred Only) for each post.

3. Deposit Method: The fee must be deposited through a bank challan, easy-pay, or Jazz Cash / TCS Express Counter at designated NTS branches.

4. Submission: The hard copy of the application form and the NTS Challan MUST be sent to the NTS address as per their instructions.

Note: Applications for these posts received at the District & Sessions Court, Hyderabad, will NOT be entertained.

How to Apply (Bailiff & Other Lower Grade Posts)

For the posts at Sr. No. 03 to 09 (Bailiff, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, Lift Operator, Sanitary Worker, Malhi, etc.):

1. Prescribed Form: Candidates must submit their applications on a Prescribed Form along with attested photocopies of their CNIC, Domicile, PRC, Academic/Experience Certificates, and two recent passport-size photographs.

2. Submission Address: Applications for these posts must be sent to the District & Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

3. No Fee: There is No Application Fee required for these lower grade posts.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Gender: Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.

• Quota: Special quotas will be observed as per policy (e.g., Women, Disabled, Minorities, etc.).

• Eligibility Check: Candidates with an overall result of 40% marks in the initial test shall be called for the skill test and interview.

• Government Employees: Employees from Government Institutes must apply through the proper channel and submit a fresh NOC.

• NO TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for the test/interview.

• Right to Modify: The DSC reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of vacancies or reject any application without assigning any reason.

• Final Decision: The decision of the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) shall be FINAL.
