Applications are invited from suitable and interested candidates who are permanent residents and domicile holders of District Kolai Pallas Kohistan to fill various vacant staff positions in the District Judiciary Kolai Pallas Kohistan. The recruitment process will be conducted online through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates will be allowed to sit for the ETEA screening test provisionally based on self-provided information; however, detailed document verification will be conducted later by the appointing authority.

• Candidates must verify their profile/CNIC through the E-NADRA Sahulat E-Sahulat token system prior to submitting the application fee.

• Candidates passing the ETEA screening test must undergo further scrutiny as per established eligibility criteria.

• Candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria by the closing date of the advertisement.

• Incomplete applications, false/fake documents, or applications received after the due date will be rejected at any stage.

• Age determination will be calculated as of 01-01-2026, with upper age relaxation allowed under prevailing laws.

• Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview. Government and semi-government employees must apply through proper channels and provide an NOC.

• The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of vacancies.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.

• HEC Equivalency Certificate is mandatory in case of foreign/equivalent qualification degrees.

How to Apply

• Interested candidates should visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to fill out the online application form.

• After successful submission of the online application, a deposit slip with a unique project code and candidate details will be generated.

• Pay the prescribed non-refundable ETEA test fee using EasyPaisa App, Agent, or UBL Bank. Keep the original paid candidate copy of the deposit slip safe.

• Documents do not need to be submitted to the ETEA office initially; candidates passing the screening test will submit documents when requested.

• Candidates will be notified via SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.

• Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the respective Roll Number Slip.
