Applications are invited online from eligible male and female candidates holding local or domicile status of District Quetta for multiple staff positions at the District & Sessions Court, Quetta. Interested applicants who fulfill the required age limits, educational qualifications, experience, and skills are encouraged to submit their applications online. Appointments will initially be made on probation for a period of two years in accordance with applicable recruitment rules.

Terms & Conditions

1. The appointments will be made as per Balochistan District Judiciary Staff Service Rules 2021.

2. Applications are invited online only; applications received by hand or through post will not be entertained.

3. The age limit is 18 to 30 years for fresh candidates. For individuals already in government service, the upper age limit is 35 years, subject to having rendered three years of satisfactory service in a government department. Upper age limit relaxation may be granted in peculiar circumstances.

4. Candidates applying through proper channels must attach a departmental NOC with the application.

5. Original documents will be checked during the interview of shortlisted candidates. Any false or wrong information will lead to cancellation of candidature.

6. Appointees must provide duly verified original academic and professional certificates/degrees from the issuing agency.

7. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

8. The Competent Authority reserves the right not to fill any vacancy or to increase/decrease the number of announced vacancies.

9. After shortlisting candidates for Serial No. 6 to 13, interviews will be conducted by the Selection Committee of District & Sessions Court, Quetta.

10. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test and interview.

11. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
