The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Tharparkar at Mithi, has announced job vacancies for various staff positions ranging from BPS-02 to BPS-16. Terms & Conditions

• Domicile & PRC: Candidates must possess a valid Domicile and PRC (Form-D) of District Tharparkar.

• Application Fee (For Serial Nos. 1 & 2): Applicants for Stenographer and Junior Clerk positions must pay a non-refundable test fee of Rs. 800/- through NTS online challan/slip via 1Link 1Bill, participating banks, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express counters.

• Quotas & Inclusion:

  • Disability Quota: 5% quota for persons with disabilities shall be applicable.

  • Female Candidates: Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Age Limit Criteria:

  • Serial Nos. 1 & 2: 21 to 25 years.

  • Serial Nos. 3 to 10: 20 to 28 years.

  • Candidates with three years of experience in any Government department will have an age limit of 21–30 years (Serial 1 & 2) or 20–30 years (Serial 3 to 10).

  • Age relaxation of up to 5 years over the prescribed limit for selected candidates will be submitted to the Honourable Chief Justice of the High Court of Sindh for approval.

  • The cut-off date for age calculation is the application closing date.

• Government Servants: Applicants already in government service must apply through proper channels.

• Interview Requirements: Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

• No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be provided for tests or interviews.

• Authority Decision: The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final, and the number of posts may be increased or decreased without prior notice.

How to Apply

For Serial Nos. 01 & 02 (Stenographer & Junior Clerk):

1. Visit the official National Testing Service (NTS) website at www.nts.org.pk to fill out the online application form.

2. Upload scanned copies of your CNIC (front and back), Domicile/PRC Form-D, recent photograph, and all educational documents/marks sheets.

3. Deposit the online application fee of Rs. 800/- using the provided payment channels.

4. Manual applications will not be accepted for these posts.

For Serial Nos. 03 to 10 (Driver, Bailiff, Naib Qasid, Farash, Chowkidar, Sweeper, Mali):

1. Download the prescribed application form from the official website of District & Sessions Court Tharparkar.

2. Fill out the application form carefully (submit separate applications if applying for more than one post).

3. Attach attested copies of educational documents, CNIC, Domicile/PRC, and two passport-size photographs.

4. Send the complete physical application dossier by hand or via post/courier to:
