Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) Karachi has announced latest career opportunities for qualified academic and medical professionals. Applications are invited from eligible candidates domiciled in Sindh for various teaching positions across basic medical, clinical medical, clinical dental sciences, and health management.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• Professor (Basic Medical Sciences - Anatomy): Requires HEC/PM&C criteria for Professor in Anatomy with relevant qualification and experience.

• Associate Professor (Basic Medical Sciences - Physiology): Requires HEC/PM&C criteria for Associate Professor in Physiology with relevant qualification and experience.

• Professor (Clinical Medical Sciences - Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Pediatrics, General Surgery): Requires HEC/PM&C criteria for Professor in respective clinical specialties.

• Associate Professor (Clinical Medical Sciences - Urology, ENT): Requires HEC/PM&C criteria for Associate Professor in respective clinical fields.

• Professor (Clinical Dental Sciences - Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery): Requires HEC/PM&C criteria for Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

• Assistant Professor (Institute of Business & Health Management): Requires HEC criteria for Assistant Professor in Health Management.

Terms & Conditions

• Only candidates with a Sindh domicile are eligible to apply.

• Candidates possessing relevant international qualifications will be given preference.

• Applicants currently in government or public sector service must apply through the proper channel with a copy of an N.O.C.

• Every application must carry a non-refundable pay order of Rs. 1500/- in favor of Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi.

• A pre-interview test (MCQs) may be conducted if the number of candidates is large.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
