The Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in coordination with the E&SED and with technical support from UNICEF, has invited applications from suitably qualified individual consultants under rule 28 (1) of KP-PPRA Rules, 2014. Professionals seeking consultancy opportunities in the education sector are encouraged to apply.

List of Vacancies and Eligibility Details

• (01 Senior Education Sector Analysis and Planning Consultant): Master's in Education, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related field with 10-12 years of leading ESA/ESP assignments

• (01 Education Costing, Financing and Data Analysis Consultant): Master's in Economics, Public Finance, Statistics, or related discipline with 12+ years in education financing, public finance, EMIS, statistical analysis, and education costing.

• Applicants must submit a separate, complete set of documents for each position applied for.

• The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per provisions contained in Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for the submission of proposals.
