General Qualifications and Requirements

Elite Engineering is looking for candidates who embody the following qualities:

• Professionalism: Honest, reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong team-building and leadership skills.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, specifically fluency in English and Urdu. Proficiency in local languages like Balochi, Brahvi, and Pushto is a significant plus.

• Technical Expertise: Experience in international and industrial projects with a solid understanding of HSE protocols. Candidates with experience in PEB Mechanical steel structures and sandwich panel installation will be preferred.

• Education & Experience: Qualifications range from Intermediate (F.A/F.Sc) and Graduation (BA/B.Com) to professional degrees like BS Mechanical Engineering or DAE, coupled with relevant years of field experience.

• Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure with a problem-solving mindset in challenging site conditions.

• Location: Willingness to be based full-time at the project site in Balochistan. Residents of Balochistan are highly encouraged to apply and will be given preference.
