Combined Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for these roles at the Reko Diq project site, candidates must meet the specific requirements:

• Experience Requirements: Professional experience ranges from a minimum of 1 year for entry-level roles (like Helpers) up to 10 years for senior administrative and technical positions.

• Education & Certification: Admin and supervisory roles require a Graduate degree. Technical staff must have relevant field experience, and preference is given to those with multi-national company experience or international project exposure.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP/ERP systems is mandatory for all administrative and supervisory positions.

• Language & Communication: The Public Relations Officer role requires fluency in English, Urdu, and local languages (Balochi, Brahui, or Pashto).

• Age Limit: For the Public Relations Officer, the maximum age limit is 50 years.

• Regional Preference: Residents of Balochistan and tribal areas will be given special preference across all vacancies.

• Safety Standards: Candidates with prior knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and relevant certifications will be prioritized.
