• Local Preference: Residents of District Chagai and nearby surrounding areas are welcomed and will be given preference for all vacant positions.

• Experience & Certification: Candidates with experience in multinational companies or foreign projects will be preferred. Applicants must possess experience certificates and have a strong understanding of HSE protocols on international industrial projects.

• Compensation & Benefits: Industry-competitive salary packages along with project-based performance allowances will be offered.

• Living Support: Complete security, safety, optimal living facilities at the project site, transport, laundry, and free meals on site are provided.

• Travel & Rotation: Travel expenses for joining and rotation leave from the project site to the main city terminal will be borne by the company via rail or bus. Road travel alone is not permitted for Balochistan residents outside company transport.
