Teaching Faculty (Contract for an initial period of 3 years, extendable)

• Professor (BS-21): Age Limit 35-50 years. Openings in Artificial Intelligence (01), Business Administration (01), and Cyber Security (1).

• Associate Professor (BS-20): Age Limit 30-50 years. Openings in Artificial Intelligence (02), Accounting Commerce (02), Computer Science (01), English (01), Information Technology (01), Mathematics (01), Psychology (01), and Physics (01).

• Assistant Professor (BS-19): Age Limit 25-45 years. Openings in Artificial Intelligence (02), Accounting Commerce and Finance (01), Business Administration (04), Cyber Security (02), Fashion Design (02), Information Technology (02), Medical Lab Technology (02), and Software Engineering (02).

• Lecturer (BS-18): Age Limit 21-35 years. Openings in Accounting Commerce and Finance (03), Business Administration (04), Computer Science (06), English (04), Fashion Design (02), and Mathematics (02).

Non-Teaching Staff (Contract for an initial period of 3 years, extendable)

• Director QEC / Director (Academics) / Director (Research, Innovation & Commercialization - ORIC) (BS-20): Age 40-50 years. Requires PhD or relevant Master's with extensive post-qualification experience. (1 post each).

• Chief Security Officer (BS-19): Retired Commissioned Officer not below the rank of Major. (1 post).

• Deputy Registrar / Deputy Controller of Examinations (BS-18): Age 25-45 years. Requires MS/M.Phil or Master's/BS (4 years) with relevant administrative experience. (1 post each).

• Deputy Treasurer (BS-18): Age 25-45 years. Requires MS/M.Phil in Finance/Commerce or relevant Master's degree with professional experience. (1 post).

• Senior Engineer (Civil) / XEN (Civil) (BS-18): Age 25-45 years. BSc in Civil Engineering with PEC registration and 5 years experience. (1 post).

• Software Engineer (BS-18): Age 25-45 years. Master's/BS in Software Engineering or equivalent with 5 years experience. (1 post).

• Computer Programmer / Protocol Officer / Assistant Director (Purchase & Store) (BS-17): Age 21-35 years. Relevant Master's/BS degrees with required experience. (1 post each).

• Sports Supervisor (BS-17): Age 21-35 years. BS/Bachelor's in Physical Education with coaching experience. (1 post).

• Bus Driver / Tractor Driver / Driver (LTV) (BS-04 / BS-02): Age 18-30 years. Matric/Secondary School Certificate with valid heavy/light transport driving licenses and 5 years experience. (Multiple openings).

Terms & Conditions

• Applications must be submitted online through the official portal, followed by hard copies with required documents.

• Application processing fees vary by scale (BS-1 to BS-4: Rs. 500/-, BS-5 to 15: Rs. 1200/-, BS-16 to 19: Rs. 2000/-, BS-20: Rs. 4000/-, BS-21: Rs. 5000/-) deposited in the Bank of Punjab under Account # 651010073200408.

• Government or semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel with a valid NOC.

• Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be entertained.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

How to Apply

1. Apply online via the official university portal at eportal.eum.edu.pk.

2. Print the online application form and attach original deposit slips, attested copies of academic degrees, transcripts, domicile, CNIC, and recent photographs.

3. Four (04) complete copies of application dossiers must be submitted for Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Lecturer roles, along with three (03) copies for non-teaching posts.

4. Mail or courier the complete documents to the Office of the Registrar, Emerson University Multan.
