The Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) has officially announced multiple high-level career opportunities for qualified, energetic, and experienced professionals. EIDMC is a public sector company established for the development and management of energy infrastructure. Terms & Conditions

• Remuneration: A market-based compensation package will be offered, which will be determined through negotiations based on the candidate's qualification and experience.

• Tenure: All advertised positions will be filled purely on a contract basis for an initial period of three (03) years, including a three-month probation period. The contract is further extendable subject to satisfactory performance and institutional requirements.

• Status: The contract service shall neither be regularized nor pensionable.

• PEC Registration: Professionals working abroad who are not currently registered as Professional Engineers (PE) with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) are eligible to apply. However, if selected, they must obtain and submit a valid PEC registration within the stipulated period.

• Government Employees: Candidates already working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Public Organizations must apply through the proper channel along with an NOC issued on their department's letterhead.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews. Candidates must produce all original documents at the time of the interview. No TA/DA claims will be admissible.

• EIDMC Rights: The company reserves the right to withhold or cancel the entire recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
