Terms & Conditions

• Remuneration & Tenure: A market-based compensation package will be determined through negotiation, commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Positions will be filled purely on a contract basis initially for a period of three (03) years from the date of appointment (including a 3-month probationary period), extendable based on satisfactory performance and need.

• Non-Pensionable Service: Contractual service will not be regularized nor will it be pensionable.

• PEC Registration: Candidates with engineering qualifications must be registered as Professional Engineers (PE) with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Non-registered engineers working abroad are eligible to apply; however, if selected, they must submit valid PEC registration within the stipulated period.

• Government/Semi-Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Public Organizations must apply through proper channels with a Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued on official letterhead.

• Shortlisting & Verification: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the required criteria will be invited for the interview and selection process. Original educational degrees and experience certificates must be presented at the time of the interview.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA or travel allowance will be admissible for attending interviews/selection procedures.

• Company Authority: EIDMC reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or modify the entire recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
