Engro Thar Trainee Engineers Program (Batch-2) 2018 for Thar Block-II Mining & Power Projects Latest
Thar Trainee Engineers Program is a unique initiative, launched by Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC) and its partners for the youth of Thar with the objective of developing the local talent by providing them best 2-year-long professional training at SECMC Site office in Tharparkar.
Trainees hired through this program will be provided trainings in technical skills, general knowledge, and self-development. They will also receive on-the-job training and individual mentoring focused on preparing them for successful professional careers.
Through this program, SECMC aim to pave the way for future leaders and fill the talent pipeline for Thar Coal and future projects.
Eligiblity criteria to apply for this program

candidates must have completed Matriculation from Tharparkar

Bachelors of Engineering from any PEC recognized university with graduation in the last 3 years, i.e. in 2017 or 2018.

Work Experience:- 1 to 3 years
