The Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals to fill several vacant positions on a contract basis. This recruitment drive offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the educational development sector in KPK. The screening test for these positions will be organized and conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

Terms & Conditions

Candidates interested in applying must review the following administrative terms and guidelines:

• Provisional Admission: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on their provided credentials. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority later, and candidates found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.

• Eligibility Timeline: Candidates must be completely eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of applications.

• Age Relaxation: Relaxation of the upper age limit will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.

• Government Employees: Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• Multiple Applications: Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must submit a separate application and pay a separate fee for each post.

• Foreign Degrees: In case of an applicant possessing a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from the HEC must be provided.

• Test & Interview Expenses: No TA/DA will be admissible for the screening test or the interview phase.

• Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason. Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

Applicants must complete the online application process through ETEA by following these steps:

1. Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk to apply for the posts online.

2. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing a token number, Project code, and candidates' personal information) will be generated.

3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa App, an Easypaisa Agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.

4. Keep the original candidate copy of the deposit slip safely with a bank-desired stamp after fee submission, and do not share it with anyone.

5. Do not send physical documents or testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. Copies of testimonials/documents must only be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

6. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from the portal. Do not provide a ported or converted mobile number to ensure you receive communications.

7. The specific test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. No separate call letters will be dispatched via postal or courier services.

Last Date to Apply

The last date for the submission of online applications is 30th June, 2026.

Incomplete applications or those with fake documentation will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
